A: Dr. April Nguyen’s office is open at the following times: Tuesday through Friday 9:30am – 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am – 2:00pm. Lunch is taken daily from 12:30pm to 1:30 p.m. Call to schedule your appointment today!

A: We would recommend that you call our office to schedule an appointment. We know that your time is very valuable, so having an appointment ultimately saves you time. However, we understand that emergencies do occur, so we also welcome walk-in patients.

A: We have a variety of fee arrangements to ensure payment of any portion not covered by insurance is affordable. We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) and also offer Care Credit financing. We will be glad to discuss these with you upon your arrival.

A: We accept most dental insurance plans and will assist you in determining what portion of your treatment is covered by insurance. Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit and we will file your insurance for you.

* Please understand, however, that you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services. Should your insurance not cover what is predicted, you will be responsible to pay any uncovered portion.

A: You should have your teeth checked and cleaned at least twice a year, though Dr. Nguyen may recommend more frequent visits depending on your dental needs.

Dr. Nguyen offers the following cosmetic procedures:

Teeth Whitening: Bleaching lightens teeth that have been stained or discolored by age, food, drink, and smoking.

Composite (tooth-colored) Fillings: Formulated to resemble the color of your natural tooth. Composite fillings are intended to create more natural-looking restorations.

Porcelain Veneers: Veneers are thin custom-made, tooth-colored shells that are bonded onto the fronts of teeth to create a beautiful individual smile.

Porcelain Crowns (caps): A crown is a tooth-colored, custom-made covering that encases the entire tooth surface restoring it to its original shape and size.

Dental Implants: Dental implants are artificial roots that are surgically placed into the jaw to replace one or more missing teeth.

Orthodontics: Less visible and more effective brackets and wires and even invisible braces are making straightening teeth with orthodontics much more appealing to adult patients.
